During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently close to both a free and private beach. The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
All was perfect.

Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, despite the language barrier. Breakfasts were substantial and delicious, and served in the family kitchen. The room was clean and pleasant, and appeared to have been recently furnished. The aircon was effective, and we also had a small balcony with an extremely convenient line for hanging out wet swimsuits. Towels provided were in good condition and well laundered. The shower was hot, powerful and big enough for two :-) It was a very short stroll to the local beach, bars and restaurants, and a five minute trip by scooter to the centre of town, or a few minute’s walk to the bus stop and a five or ten minute journey thereafter. Villa Grazia was a perfect base for us from which to explore San Marino and surrounds. All in all, Villa Grazia was extremely pleasant, welcoming and convenient, and we would happily stay there again.
We did ask for a double bed on booking and found that our room had two singles (and not the sort you can push together easily, either). The beds were firm, but not uncomfortably so, and the pillows a bit thin – two would have been welcome. There was a slightly eerie painting of a crying child hanging above them, but we turned her to face the wall! The bracket for the shower head was broken, which was a little inconvenient. We didn’t trouble our hosts with these small issues as none of them marred our stay, but I’m sure if we had they would have been helpful and gracious in resolving them.

Very friendly, family-run hotel, who went out of their way to help us. Great location near the beach and the use of the bikes made it very quick and easy to go to the centre of Rimini. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this beachside hotel is its one and only advantage. It is right next to the beach, which is accessible both privately and freely. Many bars and restaurants are a few steps away.
The stay doesn't match the expectations for comfortable travel. the rooms are subpar, with poor Wi-Fi and unclean kitchenettes.

Right by the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was diverse and tasty. Bonus: access to a private pool.
The Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes nonexistent, and check-in and checkout processes were not smooth.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area close to the beach and within walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. One of the best things was the warm welcome from the staff, making you feel at home away from home. the Christmas decorations were a very nice touch and added to the festive atmosphere.
The hotel had some downsides. the room was not as clean as we had hoped for, and there was a lack of amenities such as towels and toiletries.
